In vitro anticancer, antimicrobial and antiradical properties and bioactive compounds of endemic Wiedemannia orientalis Fisch. & Mey. flowers

چکیده
W. orientalis is a one-year herbaceous plant, located in the Lamiaceae family, and called Ballıbaba Turkish. In presented study, antimicrobial anticancer properties of flowers extracts endemic were investigated for first time. Also, it was antiradical activity phytochemical contents this plant extracts. According to our study results, extract show very high against MCF-7, HCT-116 LNCaP cancer cell lines, ABTS radicals, effective some microorganism caused infection humans. conclusion, can be used as an agent subject further studies field herbal medicine.
